These terms cover your use of The AI-Powered Real Estate Agent, operated by . Using the service means you accept them.
A training course and set of working tools for real estate professionals. It helps you draft, organize and plan. It does not practice real estate, give legal advice, or act on your behalf. Everything it produces is a draft for you to review, edit and approve.
It does not send emails, sign documents, submit forms, file anything, or publish content without you doing it yourself.
Client notes, transaction records, drafts and content you create in the service belong to you. We store them so you can get them back on another device. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not use them to train anything.
The course, the tools, the templates and the prompt systems are licensed to you for your own business. You may use everything the service generates in your own marketing and your own transactions, without restriction.
You may not resell, republish or redistribute the course itself, share your access with other agents, or reproduce the materials for a team, a brokerage or a competing product.
Program. sends deadline reminders and occasional urgent alerts about your own transactions to subscribers who ask for them.
Enrolment is opt-in. You are never enrolled automatically. You enter your mobile number in the app and confirm that you want alerts.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with the activity in your business. Most subscribers receive a small number of messages per week.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
To stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further.

We never share or sell your mobile opt-in or your number. See the Privacy Policy.
Account emails — sign-in, password reset, receipts — are part of the service and cannot be turned off while you have an account. Alert and summary emails are optional and can be turned off in your settings or by using the unsubscribe link.
Paid plans are billed in advance. If you change plans, the new plan is billed immediately and takes effect straight away. Cancel any time; your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
We do not promise any particular business result, number of leads, or amount of income. What you get out depends on what you put in and on your market.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You remain responsible for complying with your license, your brokerage's rules, MLS rules, fair housing law, advertising rules, and the requirements of any contract you are party to. Review everything this service drafts before it leaves your hands. It is a drafting tool, not a compliance check.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that shares access, resells the material, or abuses the service — and we will tell you why.
