This policy explains what Todd Gulinson PLLC collects when you use The AI-Powered Real Estate Agent, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The service is operated by Todd Gulinson PLLC, a real estate services company. You can reach us at support@theaipoweredrealestateagent.com.

We do not buy personal information about you from anyone, and we do not build a profile of you from other sources.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
Beyond that: we do not share or sell your mobile number, your opt-in, or your consent to text messaging with anyone, for any purpose. Mobile opt-in information is never transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Text messages are optional. You are never enrolled automatically. If you opt in, here is exactly how it works:

Informational and transactional: “I agree to receive recurring informational and transactional text messages from AI-Powered Real Estate Agent, operated by Todd Gulinson PLLC, regarding account updates, customer support, workflow reminders, deadline reminders, and other service-related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Promotional and marketing: “I separately agree to receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages from AI-Powered Real Estate Agent, operated by Todd Gulinson PLLC, including product announcements, new features, special offers, and other promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Three ways, any of which is enough:
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@theaipoweredrealestateagent.com. That address is answered by a person.
Your number is passed to our messaging provider solely to deliver the messages you asked for. That provider may not use it for anything else.
We use a small number of service providers to run the product. They process data on our instructions only, and none of them may sell it or use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We do not share your mobile opt-in with anyone. We do not read your client records for any purpose other than storing and returning them to you.
For as long as you have an account, plus a short period afterwards so an accidental deletion can be undone. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete your data, other than records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your records are protected by database-level rules that scope every row to the account that created it, so one student cannot read another's work. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
This is a professional tool. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
