This policy explains what collects when you use The AI-Powered Real Estate Agent, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Your email address and password	To create your account and let you sign in. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Your name and business details, if you enter them	To personalise the letters, scripts and content the course generates for you.
Your course progress	So your work follows you from your phone to your computer.
Records you create inside the course	Client notes, transaction details and content drafts you type in. These are yours. They are stored so you do not lose them.
Your mobile number, only if you ask for text alerts	To send the alerts you asked for. Nothing else.
Basic technical logs	To keep the service running and to investigate faults.

We do not buy personal information about you from anyone, and we do not build a profile of you from other sources.

Text messages

We do not share or sell your mobile number, your opt-in, or your consent to text messaging with anyone, for any purpose. Mobile opt-in information is never transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Text alerts are optional. You are never enrolled automatically. If you turn them on, here is exactly how it works:

You opt in inside the app by entering your mobile number and confirming you want alerts.
We send deadline summaries and, rarely, urgent alerts about your own transactions.
Message frequency varies by how much is happening in your business.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number is passed to our messaging provider solely to deliver the messages you asked for. That provider may not use it for anything else.

Who else touches your data

We use a small number of service providers to run the product. They process data on our instructions only, and none of them may sell it or use it for their own purposes.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We do not share your mobile opt-in with anyone. We do not read your client records for any purpose other than storing and returning them to you.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, plus a short period afterwards so an accidental deletion can be undone. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete your data, other than records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete your account and everything in it.
Turn text alerts off at any time, in the app or by replying STOP.
Turn email alerts off at any time in your settings.

Security

Your records are protected by database-level rules that scope every row to the account that created it, so one student cannot read another's work. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.

Children

This is a professional tool. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
