The AI-Powered Real Estate Agent

For working agents

Your business, still there when you pick the phone back up.

A working system that prepares the intake, the paperwork, the follow-up and the content — then stops and waits for you. Start something in the car, finish it at your desk.

What it actually does

Three things, and it does them every day rather than once.

It listens where the work arrives

An email, a voice note in the car, a photo of a note on the dash. It turns that into a client record with the missing pieces flagged — not invented.

It carries the transaction

Buyer or seller, the paperwork and the deadlines move with the file. It knows the difference between SkySlope, TransactionDesk and Transact, because they do not behave the same way.

It writes in your voice

Letters, scripts, captions and a month of content built from your niche and your market — not a template with your name pasted on.

Seven modules, in the order the work happens

Setup first, then a client walks in and you follow them all the way through.

  1. Lead intake & communicationA client becomes a record
  2. Buyer & seller representationAgreements, priorities, strategy
  3. Transaction setup & uploadDocuments filed where they belong
  4. Offer & transaction lifecycleDeadlines you see coming
  5. Your nicheWho you are actually for
  6. Content that gets madeHooks, scripts, captions, hashtags
  7. Command centerYour day, in one place

What it will never do

This part matters more than the feature list, and most software will not say it out loud.

  • It does not send. No email leaves, ever, without you pressing send yourself.
  • It does not sign, submit or file. Not to your broker, not to a client, not to a platform. It prepares; you approve.
  • It does not practice real estate. Your license, your judgment, your name on the line. This is a drafting tool, not a compliance check.
  • It does not invent facts. When something is missing it says so and leaves it blank, because a confident wrong answer in a contract is worse than a gap.
