What you would receive

Informational and transactional (first checkbox): account updates, customer support, workflow reminders, deadline reminders, and other service-related information. Deadline reminders concern your own transactions, for example:

An inspection period closing
An inspection response deadline
An appraisal or loan contingency date approaching
A close of escrow date
A representation agreement expiring
Something waiting on your signature

Promotional and marketing (second checkbox, only if you separately agree): product announcements, new features, special offers, and other promotional communications. You can receive the first category without the second.
